Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to support a large enterprise client within a complex, regulated banking environment. This role operates within a stream‑aligned, cross‑functional pod model, where multiple initiatives are delivered concurrently across a highly integrated platform.
The Agile Delivery Lead will be responsible for orchestrating delivery across 3–6 parallel initiatives at any given time, each with independent sponsors, stakeholders, timelines, and risk profiles. Success in this role requires strong judgment, the ability to manage dependency‑heavy delivery, and the capability to translate complex technical and organizational constraints into clear, actionable delivery decisions.
This individual will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and other enterprise teams to proactively identify dependencies, align sequencing, manage risk, and maintain delivery focus under competing priorities. Transparent, concise communication and calm execution under pressure are critical to success.
