What You Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Aviation, Engineering, or related field (or 15 years equivalent QA experience).
Master’s degree, AME license, or ASQ certifications are a plus.
10+ years in aerospace/aviation, military, or quality; 3+ years in a leadership role.
Solid knowledge of aircraft design, maintenance, manufacturing, and regulatory frameworks (TCCA, FAA, EASA, AS9100).
Skills
Proven leadership—able to motivate, guide, and deliver results with your team.
Strong communicator and problem solver who thrives under pressure.
Sharp organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
