EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT AND APTITUDES Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (accounting/finance profile) Member of the CPA Order 10 years of experience in accounting in the pharmaceutical industry, including 5 years in a similar role Technical skills (hard skills) Proficiency in financial accounting (IFRS / ASPE / GAAP) Analysis of financial statements and performance indicators (KPIs) Budgeting and forecasting Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel (pivot tables, modeling) Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics…) Cash and working capital management Understanding of internal controls and audits Analytical skills Solid analytical and synthesis skills Critical thinking to identify variances and anomalies Ability to transform data into concrete recommendations
