Adorable Chocolat is a premium artisanal chocolate house and European‑style café in the heart of Shediac. We compose handmade chocolates from organic, responsibly sourced cacao. Mornings smell like espresso and fresh croissants. Evenings become a 5 à 7. The display cases are arranged like a jeweller's. Everything here is deliberate.
We're looking for a Boutique Lead to run the day‑to‑day life of the store: a person with experience, good judgement, and the kind of maturity that keeps a shop running well even when no one's watching.
What the days look like
Most of your time (roughly 90%) will be spent on the floor, working alongside the team. You'll be a cashier, a barista, and a set of hands in the packaging room. The remaining 10% is office work: scheduling, inventory, the quiet mechanics that keep things moving.
This isn't a desk job with a leadership title. It's a hands‑on role. You'll lead by being present, not by delegating from a distance.
