Job Roles
Working hand in hand with the department director
Booking travel and camp accommodations for the whole department
Maintain accurate tracking of all safety documents and safety programs
Compile monthly costing reports
Weekly auditing of various reports throughout the department
Looking after expense reports for various managers
help out other departments for vacation coverage
Ensuring payroll is accurate as well as tracking vacation and sick time
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Office Suites.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to build charts and presentations.
Excellent attention to detail and a desire for 100% accuracy
Experience with OTL payroll processing is a bonus
Data entry experience.
Experience in one on one, group interactions, and presentation.
Overall support for Management Team.
Strong written and communication skills.
Solid organization and time management skills.
The ability to work independently but with positive judgement to seek support and guidance when appropriate.
The ability to work well with a wide variety of people including office, field staff, diverse cultures and various work experience levels.
Be a team player.
Must bring a excellent attitude and desire to learn.
