Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Related recent experience with groups with Addiction and Mental Health clients. Working knowledge of Trauma Informed Care and Harm Reduction Principles. Working knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and/or Solution Focused Interventions. Suicide Intervention experience. 3

4 years of recent experience working in a clerical Addictions or mental health role. Virtual experience essential. Accurate keyboarding skills of minimum 60 wpm and proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel), Zoom, RightFax, Genesis etc. Excellent working knowledge of Connect Care scheduling, Zoom required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Suboxone Treatment. Familiarity with a variety of computer programs. NVCI completion.
