Job Summary:
Rick’s Oilfield Hauling is currently expanding our operations and is seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Receptionist to join our team. This role is a key part of our office operations and will serve as the first point of contact for clients, drivers, and visitors. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting a variety of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and skilled manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
Perform accurate and efficient data entry
Assist with invoicing and trucking tickets, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Import and manage tickets within customer portals
Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team
Utilize phone systems to manage inquiries effectively
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, patience, and attention to detail
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is considered an asset
Strong computer skills and proficiency in data entry systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, OpenInvoice, Cortex, Pandell, AssetWorks, and Axon is an asset (training can be provided)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
