Hours: 4 weeks of vacation Flexible Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (37.5 hours per week) No remote work Great team Parking available Responsibilities Office Administrative Management: Visitor Reception Email Management Supervision of administrative aspects related to residential and commercial building management Management of projects, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
Data entry and creation of new project files Monitoring of insurance contracts before their due date Monitoring of inspections and purchase orders (POs) Inventory of office supplies and management of purchase order pads and printers Other related administrative tasks Qualifications Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written English
