site Salary: Between $48,000 and $53,000 per year, depending on experience Vacation: 3 mandatory weeks (the 2 weeks of the construction holiday + the following week) Benefits: Comprehensive group insurance (after 3 months) RRSP plan with employer matching (up to 1%) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discounts and continuous training Time Off: 3 personal days per year + office closure during the Christmas holidays Work Environment: Great team culture Perks: In office parking available Responsibilities Your Responsibilities As an ambassador of our brand image, you will provide versatile administrative support across the following areas: Reception & Communication: Greet visitors with professionalism and manage the corporate email inbox.
Administrative Management: Process incoming mail, verify specific invoices, and reconcile transportation/shipping invoices.
Customer Service: Manage new client account openings and ensure all customer files are kept rigorously up to date.
Team Support: Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
Qualifications Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
Education: Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Secretarial Studies is considered an asset.
Language Skills: Intermediate English proficiency required (oral and written), as approximately 50% of our clientele is English
