Required Experience

call services during evenings and weekends.
Conduct educational presentations with residents as required
Respond to crisis and urgent situations.
Must be willing to work rotational shifts and weekends
Must have minimum 2 years experience in a residential setting/addiction services
Must have experience leading and facilitating groups such as Family Program
SPECIFIC SKILLS:
Must have experience in a residential treatment facility
Must have CCAC ,RSW,CRPO or equivalent
Must be an excellent team player punctual, reliable and mature
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent group facilitation, containment and crisis intervention skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to function well within a fast
