Key Responsibilities:
• Code and enter direct invoices in SAP
• Prepare weekly payments for managerial approval
• Monitor payments and discounts from suppliers
• Setup current suppliers in the purchasing system
• Prepare monthly accounts payable aging reports
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Accounting or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Bilingual communication in French and English required
• Solid clerical and administrative skills
