Required Experience

cycle accounting, including general ledger, bank and investment reconciliations, and month‑end reporting
Prepare internal financial reports, cash flow analysis, and budgets
Oversee accounting and reporting for donor advised funds, including investment activity, fees, grants, and donation receipts
Manage vendor payments, HST rebate filings, and day‑to‑day banking activities
Liaise with external accountants and support year‑end audits
Maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and confidentiality standards
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting
Qualifications
CPA designation required
Minimum 10 years of full‑cycle accounting experience
Strong fund accounting and non‑profit accounting experience
Experience with investment accounting and market returns
Advanced proficiency in Quick Books (Desktop, NFP) and Excel; Net Suite experience preferred
Skills & Attributes

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
