We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team at Longueuil Toyota!Reporting to the Controller, the incumbent will provide support to the Controller and the Accounting Department. They will participate in all activities related to the accounting cycle.The tasks listed below are the primary responsibilities of the position. Other related duties may also be assigned as needed.Responsibilities:Post and reconcile daily deposits; Post sales of new and used vehicles; Calculatecommissions and perform tasks required for payroll preparation; Reconcilevendor account statements with the general ledger; Provide generalsupport for the accounting department's activities.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of accounting principles; Versatility, dynamism, and organizational skills; Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills; Ability to workeffectively in a team; Basic knowledgeof computer software (Word, Excel); Meticulousness and strong attention to detail; Knowledgeof SERTI software (a plus); Experience in the automotive industry (an asset).Accounting training (an asset)Salary: starting at $24/hour, depending on experience.Schedule: 8 a.M. to 5 p.M., flexible, on
