Role
The Shift Manager is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and supporting front‑line staff during assigned shifts to ensure efficient restaurant operations. This role ensures food quality, safety, service consistency, and adherence to all A&W; standards, as well as provincial health, safety, and employment regulations. Responsibilities align with NOC 62020, which covers supervisory duties involving staff coordination, quality control, inventory support, and maintaining service standards.
