Responsibilities Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance. Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning‑focused environment. Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team. Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks. Qualifications Fully licensed as a 310S Automotive Service Technician. A valid driver’s license. Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with front‑end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments. Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem‑solving.
