The Role:
This opportunity is suited to an experienced Digital Buyer with strong ad operations expertise who enjoys owning campaigns from setup through optimisation and reporting. The role combines hands-on media buying with trafficking, tracking, and measurement responsibilities, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and perform efficiently. It is ideal for someone looking to expand their scope and progress toward more senior responsibility within a supportive agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, buy, and optimise digital media campaigns aligned to campaign objectives
- Manage ad operations including trafficking, ad serving, GTM implementation, auditing, and dashboarding
- Oversee QA processes and pacing across active campaigns
- Optimise campaigns across platforms including DV360, Google Ads (Search), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snap, and others
- Monitor performance and provide insights, reporting, and optimisation recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and support junior team members with digital best practices
- Contribute to written and verbal campaign reporting and presentations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 + yearsâ experience within a digital or media agency environment, and working in digital paid media.
- Hands-on experience with DV360, CM360, GTM, dashboarding tools, and major paid media platforms
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through
- Clear written communication and growing confidence in client-facing discussions
- Post-secondary education is required; marketing, advertising, or media education is an asset
