Pockit Self Storage is one of Manitobas leadingself-storageproviders, andwerelooking for a motivated, sales-minded team member to join us. This is a hands-on role whereyoulldrive occupancy, help customers find the right storage solution, and keep our facilities running at their best all ina largely independentwork setting with real room to grow.
What YoullDo
- Managerentals and occupancy by presentingavailable units, pricing, and promotions to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads consistently to explore every opportunity to convert inquiries into rentals.
- Prepare and manage rental agreements and contracts.
- Processrentalpayments.
- Participate invendor management andAccounts Payable processes.
- Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to minimize outstanding balances.
- Maintaining units and general curb appeal.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are met.
- Perform opening and closing procedures andmaintainthe facility to Company standards.
