The location of work will be remote, but the candidate should be able to travel to the province of New Brunswick at least once a month throughout the project's duration.

Must Have:
\n
- 10+ years A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive IM/IT experience, including significant hands-on responsibility for data engineer or business intelligence developer in a cloud-based setting, supporting enterprise reporting or analytics solutions.
- 7+ years Demonstrated experience working with healthcare data (hospital and/or community), at a multi facility or enterprise level.
- 7+ years Demonstrated experience working with CIS data structures and reporting environments, with sufficient understanding of clinical workflows to accurately interpret, validate, and troubleshoot data outputs.
- 7+ years Demonstrated experience collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technically sound data engineering or BI solutions.
- 7+ years Demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating modern data platforms that support enterprise reporting and analytics, including data warehouses or lakehouses using layered architectures (e.g., curated ingestion, dimensional models).
- University degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.
- 7+ years Demonstrated ability to implement data security and privacy controls, including role-based access, data masking, encryption, auditing, and privacy by design practices aligned with healthcare regulatory expectations.
