Job Description
We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. If you have a passion for customer service, strong organizational skills, and technical knowledge this is the perfect role for you. In this position, you will serve as the primary link between our customers and service technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial greeting to vehicle pick-up.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document service needs and requests.
- Efficiently schedule appointments to optimize service bay and technician time.
- Coordinate workflow with the service team to minimize customer wait times.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates (including parts and labor) and obtain customer approval.
- Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and execution of all requests.
- Regularly update customers on vehicle status, delays, or additional work needed.
- Resolve issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a professional relationship.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service transactions.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services and products (like maintenance plans or warranties).
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
