- Phase 3: Technical Execution: Supervise and participate in the precision installation of pavers, natural stone, structural retaining walls, and custom masonry features.
- Phase 4: Equipment & Logistics: Oversee the safe operation of skid steers, excavators, and loaders. Coordinate material deliveries and manage daily site logistics.
- Phase 5: Leadership: Manage a crew of 2 to 4 members, providing on-site training, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring maximum daily productivity.

Required Qualifications
- Field Mastery: Minimum of 4 years in hardscape construction with at least 1 years in a supervisory or foreman capacity.
- Technical Expert: Proficient in base preparation, geometry, pitch, and structural integrity for all hardscape applications.
- Heavy Machinery: operation of skid steers and mini-excavators is an assest

Why SD&G; Contracting?
- Project Autonomy: We provide the equipment and the crew; you provide the expertise to run the site.
- Top-Tier Equipment: Work with well-maintained, late-model machinery (Caterpillar, Kubota).
- Professional Workplace: We value efficiency, precision, and a no-nonsense approach to high-quality construction.
- Competitive Package: We offer a compensation structure that reflects the responsibility of running a project from start to finish.
- Work Truck: Successful candidate will be supplied with work truck and gas card
