WHAT TO EXPECT
The Supply Chain Manager at Coldstream Clear is a key leadership role, one that defines how the business operates, scales, and succeeds. With a focus on continuous improvement, inventory strategy, logistics, warehouse performance, and team development, this role goes beyond execution. It requires driving alignment across departments, leading change management, and ensuring the business is positioned for scalable growth.
The Supply Chain Manager will own inventory management at both the enterprise level and by individual location, managing supply sources, transportation, and the purchasing of materials and services to support manufacturing and anticipated demand. This includes developing inventory management processes, protocols, and practices that ensure appropriate resilience for growth and demand spikes, maintaining a vendor roster, introducing improvements and upgrades, and ensuring alignment with scheduling and logistics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and develop a team of 5+
- Drive alignment across production, operations, accounting, andlogistics
- Lead change management initiatives related to supply chain processes, systems, and workflows
- Facilitate timely cross-functional decisions and communication
- Model a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach under pressure
Operations and Inventory:
- Own inventory levels at both enterprise and individual location level
- Manage supply sources, transportation, and purchasing to support manufacturing and demand
- Create and manage purchase orders; follow up with vendors on pricing, freight, and delivery
- Maintain and grow a vendor roster; negotiate with suppliers to maximize performance and control costs
- Support onboarding of new suppliers
- Coordinate with the Production Manager on planning & delivery schedules
- Assist finance team with receipt and invoicing discrepancies
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- Team Leadership 3-5 years, with a demonstrated track record of developing people.
- Lean manufacturing is considered a strong asset
- Operations in food and beverages: 3-5 years
- Inventory control: 3-5 years
- Purchasing& Logistics: 3 years
- Experience leading teams through systems implementations or operational change is a strong asset.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Initiative, ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions
- Ability to lead change, problem solve, negotiate, and work with teams as well as independently
- Inventory Control
- Purchasing and Budgeting
- Analyze monthly reports

- iDocuments
- Microsoft Office Suite specifically Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and Excel
