What Youll Bring to Our Team A self-starter mentality with a robust drive to exceed performance and sales goals Confident, outgoing personality and a customer-first approach Detail-oriented and organizedsomeone who can multitask under pressure Reliable and accountableyou''re someone your team can count on Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy workplace High school diploma or equivalent Level 1 Insurance License is an assetbut not required A Day in the Life Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory Salary Expectations The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific positions business line, scope, and level.
