Job Description
As part of an innovative, cutting-edge project, Techo-Bloc is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a Project Manager in the development of an automated quality control system.
This project aims to analyze images of concrete blocks using a camera system and an intelligent program capable of detecting imperfections and determining whether products meet quality standards.
The person in this role will play a key part in validating the systemâs performance by ensuring rigorous data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into Excel based on results generated by the system
- Compare the programâs decisions with expected outcomes
- Identify and document system errors (false positives / false negatives)
- Maintain structured and detailed tracking of observations
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure data quality
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of entered information
Qualifications
- High level of attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive and detail-oriented tasks
- Strong Excel skills (data entry, file organization)
- Ability to follow precise procedures
- Autonomous with solid organizational skills
- Interest in technological or innovative environments (an asset)
