Position: Agro Manager
Full-time : 40 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Agro Division Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and day-to-day execution of the Agro Centre and will:
- Provide operational direction and oversight on implementing programs and policies for the Agro Centre in the areas of brand, customer service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery
- Build strong customer relationships and oversee the execution of sales strategies for the Agro Centre through managing and growing current customers and identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- Oversee the execution of marketing and merchandising including displays, promotions, and pricing
- Ensure standards are achieved on all safety, environmental, and asset protection policies and procedures and overseeing the protected handling and storage of inventory and equipment for the location
- Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to pricing, sales margins, expenses, and inventory
- Provide leadership to the Agro Centre team, including recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members
