We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, convert qualified leads, and help scale Terrano’s recurring service business in Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, confidence in client communication, and the ability to build a structured sales pipeline from outreach to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Terrano’s sales efforts for AI-powered SEO, digital growth, and lead generation services
- Identify, approach, and convert qualified SME prospects across Canada
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery calls, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM or lead-tracking systems
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads in a timely and qualified manner
- Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable Terrano service packages
- Work closely with the founder team on pricing, proposals, and growth strategy
- Develop referral partnerships and business development opportunities
- Track performance against sales targets, appointments, conversions, and revenue goals
- Provide regular reporting on leads, opportunities, and closed business
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to sell services to SMEs, local businesses, and professional service firms
- Experience managing leads, pipelines, and follow-up processes
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
