We’re looking for Packaging Associates. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced beverage production environment.
AVAILABILITY + HOURS
This is a casual, part-time position with the possibility of full-time depending on performance and availability with hours that vary from week to week depending on production needs. Some weeks may offer 25+ hours, while others could be as few as 5-8 hours. We’re looking for folks who are flexible, reliable, and open to a fluctuating schedule.
We operate Monday – Saturday.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build boxes, trays
- Pack cans into boxes, cartons, trays
- Ensure the cans leaving the line are meeting Good Robot quality standards
- Having attention to detail and ensuring we’re maintaining continuous flow
- Moving pallets of finished product into cold storage/warehouse
- Participate in daily cleaning, sanitation, and master cleaning schedule routines within the Packaging area
- Communicating and escalating issues with quality or production to supervisor
- Follow Positive Robot’s Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Policies
OTHER REPSONSIBILITIES
- Depending on your level of experience, skills, and interests, you may also be responsible for:
- Washing & filling kegs
- Inventory counts
- Operation of packaging equipment (Shrink Sleever)
- Operation of a fork-lift
WHAT YOU BRING
- Warehouse or manufacturing environment experience
- Ability to move 25-30 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solver
Assets (nice to have):
Forklift certification, WHMIS, Beverage production experience.

THE ENVIRONMENT
This is a physical, active manufacturing role. You’ll be moving and working around mechanical equipment, noise, wet floors, and cleaning chemicals.
Safety and sanitation are non-negotiable.
