As a Service Professional, you'll be the face and voice of TELUS for our customers. You'll meet with them in their homes, installing, maintaining, and supporting a range of services, including security, internet, home automation,TV, and home phone. But that's not all - You will set your customers up with services, provide on-site support and drive future growth for TELUS by highlighting sales opportunities designed to help our customers get the most out of their TELUS experience. With your exceptional customer service skills, you'll educate our customers face-to-face on both new and existing products in their homes, all while increasing our sales and customer satisfaction.

This hourly wage includes a base wage of $25.70 with an additional $2/hour for the recognized skill of Aerial Outside Plant Climbing (telephone pole climbing). This is based on acquiring this skill recognized by the company and performing work related to this skill. We will provide you with extensive training to ensure your success in this role. Qualifications

- You have natural technical aptitude and passion for technology, with proficient knowledge of consumer electronics

- You have strong problem-solving skills and maintain high performance under time constraints
- You have a normal colour vision which is required to work with colour-coded wiring
- You can handle physically demanding workload including standing, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, crawling in confined spaces, and working in various indoor/outdoor environments
- You are flexible and able to work various shifts: days, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays, to meet business needs and customer availability, with the possibility of working out of town assignments
- You’re fluent in English with a clear, genuine and persuasive communication style, additional languages are considered beneficial
