Immediate Position to be filled
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Associate that will also do deliveries to join our team. This role involves many responsibilities. To name a few; taking care of a retail store, cleaning, organizing, inventoring products, stocking shelves, lifting heavy items, delivering products efficiently and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a skilled demeanor. Experience in retail, sales annd restaurant environments are a plus, enabling effective interaction with diverse customers. Valid Ontario drivers license is a must. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in sales, merchandising, and customer engagement while ensuring timely deliveries.
Responsibilities
Welcoming customers, understanding their needs and providing expert product recommendations
Processing payments, returns, exchanges accurately
Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, restocked and visually appealing
Staying updated on promotions, new products, inventory and availability
Monitoring the sales floor to prevent theft and following safety policies
Updating social media of promotions, sales, deals and new products
Ensure accurate and timely deliveries according to schedule
Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Assist with product demos and upselling when appropriate to enhance customer experience
Uphold company standards for appearance, professionalism, and safety protocols
Beverage System repairs and installations with also be required occasionally after in house training

Requirements
****Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday 11:00am-5:00pm weekly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing
- Organizational skills to manage routes and schedules effectively
- Customer service experience, preferably in retail, sales or restaurant environments
- Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising, and retail sales practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude toward customer interactions
