POSITION TITLE: Senior Manager, Supply Chain
LOCATION: Richmond Hill, ON
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We have an immediate need for a SENIOR MANAGER, SUPPLY CHAIN for a successful and growing omnichannel distributor in Richmond Hill. The company has an established brand and a long history of success, and their Canadian operation is growing quickly. We need a solid, hands-on supply chain professional who wants to advance in future.
We require experience in S&OP; and proven ability to manage change within a CPG (or similar) environment. SAP experience is an absolute must. We are looking for an experienced coach and mentor who can develop leadership skills amongst your direct reports. This role oversees a broad range of supply chain planning responsibilities including inventory optimization, demand planning and replenishment.
If you are a senior leader in supply chain with experience in a wholesale / retail distribution environment, we want to hear from you. I look forward to speaking with all qualified applicants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inventory planning and forecasting.
- Experience leading a team of 4 or more planners / analysts.
- Post-Secondary Education is required. SCMP or CPIM an asset.
- Advanced analytical skills, including Excel and SAP.
- Must have excellent communication skills, able to manage vendor relationships and customer requirements.
SALARY RANGE:$115,000 – $125,000 plus bonus and benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
