Title - Trainer (Bilingual French Role)
Duration - 12+ months Contract
City- Remote
Payrate – CAD $60 T4 or $70 INC Hourly
Requirements:
30 hours max per week work, this will be on a per course basis
Successful candidate must have in dealer experience and must be CAN FR bilingual.
Dealership Trainer is responsible for facilitating service drive process training in
dealerships along with coaching individual employee on the proper customer treatment .
The after sales trainer will be responsible for performance improvement for dealership service professionals and is a primary liaison between the corporation and dealership personnel.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Deliver training to over 200 Service Advisers and 50+ Service Managers at 50+ dealerships
Deliver process training to designated dealerships
Initiate performance improvement at the dealership level to positively impact customer advocacy
Understand and effectively communicate Performance Academy content while displaying confidence in the curriculum
Communicate training schedule and logistical requirements to maximize efficiency and minimize expense
Thoroughly understand all corporate training programs, certification, corporate programs and market initiatives to effectively communicate to dealership personnel
Support and partner with Business Center personnel on various initiatives to promote increased customer advocacy
Act as a Liaison between corporate and dealership
Adhere to all Corporate Process Guidelines regarding Business Expense and Travel Policy
Represent Performance Institute in a qualified manner at all times
Strive to meet or exceed all established corporate objectives
