She works closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure rigorous, safe, and personalized clinical follow‑up. Main Responsibilities Assess patients' health status and record relevant medical history. Adjust hormone dosages according to established protocols and individual needs. Provide clinical follow‑up for patients undergoing hormone therapy. Offer educational and psychosocial support to patients regarding their treatment. Collaborate with physicians in the planning and adaptation of treatments. Document interventions and observations in medical records.
