Reporting directly to the Emergency, Medicine and Regional Stroke Program Director, you will oversee patient care delivery, human resource functions, and budget management. A successful candidate will be a strong communicator and leader, dedicated to improving patient experiences and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department
• Oversee patient care delivery and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with partners to enhance care and safety
• Conduct performance reviews and implement HR processes
• Facilitate effective multidisciplinary team activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
