King Animal Hospital is a privately owned, state-of-the-art referral and emergency hospital serving both equine and small animal patients.
Our 60,000 sq. ft. facility, located on 50 acres in King City, Ontario, is equipped with advanced diagnostics, specialty services, and a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team. We are committed to innovation, mentorship, and delivering exceptional care to every patient and client we serve.

What You’ll Do
As an RVT at King Animal Hospital, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care by:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to hospitalized and outpatient cases
- Assisting veterinarians with diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
- Monitoring anesthesia and supporting surgical procedures
- Performing diagnostic testing including laboratory work and imaging support
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
- Supporting patient comfort, safety, and recovery
- Collaborating with veterinarians, specialists, and team members across departments
- Participating in rounds, case discussions, and continuous learning
- Upholding hospital protocols and standards of excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in good standing with the OAVT
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in emergency, anesthesia, referral, or fast-paced practice is an asset
- Strong technical skills and a desire for continuous learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, adaptable, and solution-focused
- Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
