Our client, a respected manufacturing organization, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the President of the company. This is a trusted, high-visibility role suited for a polished skilled who excels at managing executive priorities and operating with discretion in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Assistant will act as a key business partner, supporting day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and executive decision-making. This individual will have exposure to all areas of the organization, including operations, production, finance, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the President
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel, meetings, and communications
- Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and executive correspondence
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate leadership meetings, site visits, and cross-functional initiatives
- Track priorities, action items, and deadlines on behalf of the President

Qualifications & Experience

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
