INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL POSTING

The Cree School Board is accepting applications for the summer student employment of two (2) Office Assistants in Mistissini.
NATURE OF WORK (Office Assistant)
The principal and customary work of an employee in this class of employment consists in carrying out office work of a relatively routine nature in accordance with accurate instructions, to support regular employees of the service.
CHARACTERISTIC FUNCTIONS
The employee will be assigned to office work such as filing, photocopying, etc.
The employee may be required to operate various office machines currently in use, including the use of the in-house data system.
If need be, he performs any other related task.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Hold a Secondary School Diploma or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority..
Mandatory requirements:
- Be a JBNQA Beneficiary;
- Be at least 16 years of age;
- Have proof of student status.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
English is required;
Cree is an asset;
French is an asset.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Full-time, temporary position.
Duration: For a maximum duration of sixteen (16) weeks, as per our summer schedule.
