The Restaurant Area Manager duties include, but are not limited too: Managing the operation of approximately 10 restaurants
Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards
Coaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W; brand
Identifying areas of improvement and chance specific to individual restaurants under your control
Managing budgetary inquires and understanding the budgeting process
Monitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costs
Leading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the team
Spending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees
Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees as well as training managers
Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurant Multi-unit restaurant management experience - two years or more Quick service restaurant experience preferred Drivers license Food handling certificate
