Responsibilities
- Do you have 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in project management? Have you worked as a Methods Agent and are you looking to grow and develop new skills?
- The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Project Manager to join our Methods team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). You will work closely with Configuration Methods team experts to drive the evolution of our processes and optimize Change Management activities through innovative solutions.
- You will be part of the A220 Configuration Methods team responsible for translating engineering requirements into optimal assembly sequences and implementing aircraft changes seamlessly.
- The team is structured to promote cross-functional collaboration, encouraging autonomy, mutual support, and collective learning.
- As a Project Manager, Processes and Methods Improvement, your role will be to act as the primary interface for all initiatives and projects related to process and tool improvements.
Profile Sought
- Bachelor’s degree in Methods, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of experience in a similar role or 10–15 years as a Methods Agent
- Solid understanding of manufacturing process interactions and tools (ERP systems)
- Strong leadership with a collaborative, constructive, and rational approach to facilitate collective decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English
- Strong organizational and planning skills to meet commitments
- Curious, autonomous, and motivated
- Sound judgment and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
