Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working overnight while handling front desk responsibilities along with basic accounting tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations and excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and assign rooms
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service
- Assist with group arrivals/departures and provide local information
- Perform night audit duties including reconciling transactions, balancing cash, and preparing reports
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Answer calls, relay messages, and manage wake-up requests
- Follow safety and emergency procedures
- Complete basic administrative tasks (filing, faxing, photocopying)
- Support light housekeeping duties when required
Technical Skills:
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic bookkeeping
- Familiarity with Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and online tools
