We're a new general goods shop, tucked in the downtown of Invermere BC, near the Rocky Mountains.
We're stocked with things worth discovering — household staples, curious finds, and everything in between.
And we're just about to open our doors. It's the first chapter!

Role details, in a nutshell:
You'll be a core part of how Paragraph runs day to day. That means opening and closing the shop, keeping inventory accurate and tidy, processing shipments and recent stock, and showing up for our customers in a real unscripted, down-to-earth manner.
Our customers range from neighbours and locals to international travellers who wander in; and we deliver a great experience to all.
You're a good fit if you:
- Lead with empathy and really like people. It comes naturally to you.
- Stay cool under pressure. Whether it’s a surprise rush or a quiet moment, you shift gears with calm and confidence, keeping the vibe steady.
- Take pride in the details. A beautifully faced shelf, a correct count, a smooth transaction.

- Tell a great story. You enjoy bringing products and brands to life — through displays, conversations, and your own curiosity.
- Work well solo. You’re self‑directed, keep things moving, and juggle tasks without needing much oversight.
- Show up reliably. You’re available on weekends and the occasional evening, and you follow through.
- Have some retail or customer‑facing experience. It’s a bonus, not a dealbreaker. What matters most is your curiosity, warmth, and

What we offer:

We're small, which means you’ll be part of something more than what’s in store.
Wage: Starting at $19 - $22 / hour depending on experience.
Perks: In store discounts, seasonal wellness allowance, vacation offered if working year-round, pro-rated if seasonal.
Schedule: Available Saturdays and Sundays preferred. Weekdays dependent on availability.
Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm daily, except for Sundays 10:30am - 4:30pm.
Start Date: May 2026.
