Senior Financial Analyst – Semi-Trailer Sales & Leasing

About the Role
Our dynamic finance team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join us at our Breslau location. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing financial data to assist with the evaluation of financial risks and the forecasting of future business performance.

Role Responsibilities
- Execute and review sales and leasing transactions in Karmak ERP ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with sales department to assist in the evaluation of sales/leasing opportunities
- Reconcile and maintain financing/debt schedule/sub-ledger, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Reconcile and maintain lease receivable schedule/sub-ledger including monthly reconciliations and variance review
- Reconcile and maintain fleet asset schedule/sub-ledger
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of costing across sales and service templates
- Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports for sales transactions
- Other month end activities and account reconciliations as required
- Support interim and year-end audit schedules
- Oversee year-end parts and trailer inventory
- HST return completion and filing
- Ad hoc analysis as required
What we’re looking for:
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or working towards is required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Detail oriented
- Strong ability to communicate with executive leadership
- Team player attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Strong ability to take initiative
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Prior experience with Salesforce considered an asset
