Job Title: Academic Intake Specialist (AIS) Location: Calgary, AB Wage Rate: $47, 840 Per Year BASE + Generous Bonus Program Job Type: Full Time, Office based (near Chinook Mall) Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Closing: Deliver a high-impact, service-driven experience while confidently guiding prospective students toward enrollment. Address concerns, communicate program value, and ask for the commitment. Lead Engagement: Connect with interested candidates through inbound and outbound calls, build strong rapport quickly, and take ownership of moving each conversation toward a clear next step. Persistent Follow-Up: Execute disciplined, consistent follow-up, overcoming objections, solving barriers together, maintaining momentum, and ensuring facts and success stories are shared as inspiration to others seeking to also better their lives. Enrollment & Sales Execution: Lead prospective students through the registration process with confidence, providing clear direction, handling objections, and closing enrollments with professionalism and integrity. Performance & Accountability: Thrive in a driven environment consistently meeting or exceeding conversion and enrollment goals while maintaining high standards under pressure. CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate, real-time records in the CRM system to track pipeline activity, manage follow-ups, and maximize conversion opportunities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with admissions and other campus teams to align messaging, share insights, and continuously improve the enrollment and sales process.
